01

EVENT CANCELLED?

Eligible ticket holders may receive a refund according to the applicable event and platform policy.

02

EVENT POSTPONED?

Your ticket may remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, refund options may depend on the organizer's policy and applicable law.

03

04

PAYMENT PROBLEM?

If you were charged incorrectly or more than once, contact support with your transaction details.

THIS IS A SUMMARY. THE FULL POLICY BELOW APPLIES.

01

How Refunds Work

Refund eligibility is decided by a mix of things — and you can check every one of them before you buy.

  • The specific eventEvery event is different and can carry its own rules.

  • The organizer's refund policyOrganizers set and publish their own refund terms at the event page.

  • The type of ticket purchasedTiers may differ — some are refundable, some explicitly are not.

  • The timing of your requestHow far in advance you ask matters.

  • Whether the event was cancelled, postponed, or materially changedMajor event changes open the widest refund windows.

  • Applicable laws and consumer rightsMandatory consumer protections always apply on top of these Terms.

02

Event-Specific Refund Policies

Organizers publish their refund policy on each event page. When you purchase, you agree to that event's policy as part of the transaction.

  • Always check before buyingThe refund status is shown where you pick your ticket.

  • It can change the outcomeWhat an event offers can differ from what another event offers.

03

Cancellations

If an event is cancelled, eligible ticket holders are offered the refund options that apply to that event.

  • You get notifiedAttendees are notified as soon as a cancellation is confirmed.

  • Options open automaticallyEligible refunds are processed without you chasing anyone.

04

Postponed or Rescheduled Events

When an event moves to a new date, your ticket usually stays valid for the rescheduled event. Whether you can instead get a refund depends on the organizer's policy, the circumstances, and applicable law.

05

Event Changes

Organizers sometimes adjust line-ups, times, or formats. Material changes may open refund windows where required by policy or law. You'll be told about changes that affect your booking.

06

Non-Refundable Tickets

Some tiers are sold as non-refundable. This is clearly marked at checkout — price alone is not the signal. If you buy a non-refundable ticket, expect no refund unless the event is cancelled.

07

Ticket Transfers

If you can no longer attend, an official transfer may be your best option — it lets someone else use the ticket instead of losing it. Transfers run inside the platform where the organizer allows them.

08

Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

Over-charged, double-charged, or charged the wrong amount? We sort these out fast.

  • What to doContact support with the transaction details for both charges.

  • SpeedConfirmed duplicate charges are prioritised for correction.

09

Payment Processing Times

Once a refund is approved, the money returns through the original payment method. Timing depends on your financial institution — most refunds land within a few business days, some take longer.

10

How to Request a Refund

Requests start in My Tickets. Follow the on-screen options for the event to see whether you qualify.

  • Where to goMy Tickets → the event → refund options.

  • What you'll seeEligible options, timelines, and current status at a glance.

11

Refund Status

Every refund request has a status you can track from My Tickets: submitted, under review, approved, processing, or returned. We update it at each stage.

12

Exceptions

Some situations work differently. Non-refundable tiers, late requests, event-specific policies, promo tickets, fraud, active chargebacks, and partially used services are all covered below.

13

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you dispute a payment through your bank, that dispute runs separately from our refund process. Giving us a chance to help first usually resolves it faster than a chargeback.

14
